1950-1960
Comer S.R.L. begins its work in the production of electric motors at the end
of the Fifties: in the years of the beginning the interest of the company
was set to the plan and production of AC motors, especially asynchronous
motors.
1960-1970
In the middle of the Sixties, with the arrival of the AC/DC converters, COMER
focuses its attention on the DC motors area: the greater technical and
productive complexity typical of this kind of motors allows to COMER to
mature a specific experience for what concern the original definition of
the electromagnetic and mechanic project of the motors; either for the
research, the selection and the utilization of the materials, in order
to guarantee to the product better performances together with a higher
entrust.
1970-1980
This experience becomes the culture of the company which, understanding the
strategic importance of keeping a technical and planning structure of high
level, makes the philosophy of the technical innovation of its own. This
innovation is an important factor for the expansion of the company and
so COMER invests many of its resources in the research area also in collaboration
with other companies: this strategic choice will be essential for the growth
of the company in the years to come.
In the same period, in order to make itself known on the national and foreign
territory, an operative and commercial office was opened: COMERIMPIANTI that
has to define, plan and perform the more opportune strategies in order to promote
COMER company.
Also in this case, a precise ethical choice of behaviour leads the commercial
action: a complete collaboration is offered to the customer, in a tight relation
with the planning structure of COMER, in order to make better choices in technical
and ecological area.
AAt the end of the negotiation, the objective is completed if it is defined
a real solution to the specific problems of the client.
1980-1990
The
ulterior technological progress in the electric drivers
area, which comes between the Eighties and the Nineties,
with the affirmation of a new type of converters, no more
AC/DC but AC/AC, opens a new evolutionary stage for COMER
which, in accordance with its own reactive and dynamic
tradition, among the first companies in Europe, designs
and constructs a new generation of asynchronous AC motors
with really high performances for this category of motors.
The technical progress is so fast that in a few years 4 evolution-line of motors
are constructed. A constant progress in the performances and the research of
more refined solutions in the mechanical area are the characterizing and propulsive
reason of the technological progress of this line of motors.
2000
???
At
the end of the Nineties COMER and COMERIMPIANTI plan
and start the RA20;POWERTECH PROGRAM”: the
project, that plans the renewal of the special asynchronous
motors line with the arrival of the fifth generation,
presents six sizes starting from 80 to 250 with power
from 1kw to 350kw at 1500rpm.
The most important innovation is the external structure of the motor (framework)
which is made from the laminar pack, his solution allows to reduce mechanical
laden and a better heat dissipation with a consequent increase of the specific
power.
Together with the POWERTECH PROGRAM COMER offers, through the ECO&LOGIC
company, its proposal in the automation area with a line of brushless motors
named ”SYNCROTECH”.
This series is characterized by low rotor inertia, an excellent dynamic response,
great modulation and simplicity of use together with the modern electric drivers,
those are the qualities that users immediately appreciated.
The same creativity, the same coherence in plans that are always the way of
thinking of COMER are meet one another again in SYNCROTEC proposal as in POWERTECH
PROGRAM; also as in the study and the applied research made on linear motors.
And the evolution continues in the coherence of continuity. |
